Counts of voluntary adverse event reports naming a brand or an industry category. Counts only, never rates: the reporting system has no exposure denominator, reports are not verified, and submitting one is not an admission that a product caused anything. Those are the publisher's own words and they ship in the answer rather than the documentation, because a count without them reads as a finding.

A receipt, and the same envelope on every tool — so a caller writes against one contract whichever one they call. The citations carry two clocks that are never collapsed: citature's retrieved_at and the source's own as_of, plus the record's own published_at and record_version where the source publishes them.
